We’re expanding our team at our CRS Building Supplies Keynsham Branch and are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Internal Sales Assistant to support our trade and retail customers.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our sales team, delivering excellent customer service and helping drive branch performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales to grow within a supportive business.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in person and over the phone
- Respond to sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop strong product knowledge to advise customers accurately
- Maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
- Build positive, long‑term customer relationships
- Use computer‑based sales systems (training provided)
- Support wider branch activities, including stock control and yard support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer‑facing experience (retail or sales preferred)
- Friendly, confident communicator with a customer‑first approach
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable handling telephone enquiries
- Basic computer skills (full system training provided)
- Motivated to deliver excellent service and meet targets

Working Hours
Week 1:
- Monday–Friday: 07:00–17:00
Week 2:
- Monday–Friday: 07:00–17:00
- Saturday: 08:00–12:00
