What will this role of Overhead Invoice Supervisor entail?

As an Overhead Invoice Supervisor, you’ll join a finance team who enjoy a varied, hands on role within a busy working environment. Duties will be include:

  • Supervising and participating in a team of overhead invoice administrators – ensuring timely and accurate processing of all overhead invoices
  • Allocation of costs across brands and branches to ensure accurate management information
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and investigating and resolving of supplier queries
  • Processing payments to suppliers and other payees
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts records and spreadsheets
  • Supporting Accounts Payable where necessary, including with supplier payment runs
  • Supporting the wider Finance Team and the operations of the business
  • Supporting the training and coaching of colleagues to promote continuous development
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues

What will I need in order to be considered for this role?

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and a desire to learn, along with:

  • Experience in a similar accounts payable or processing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
  • IT literacy
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, with working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.
