Distribution Centre Manager
What’s involved in the role?
This role is responsible for the day-to-day safety and management of the Distribution Centre, ensuring deliveries and despatch requirements are met, issues are dealt with and that third part logistics are well-supported. Communication is key to success of the team and you will ensure there is regular and consistent communication with relevant parties, ensuring the team provides a courteous, responsive and efficient service to internal customers, third party logistics and suppliers.
Salary
£50k-£55kk
Personal skills
You will have great interpersonal skills. Logical reasoning, and data analysis.
Creative problem-solving, with good time-management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
The role requires good planning and the agility to handle unexpected changes.
Expert understanding of the supply chain process.
Entry requirements
Min 5 years in distrubution management. Level 5 – Logistics and Transport Operations Management
