Driver Trainer
What’s involved in the role?
This role is responsible for the internal training and assessment of qualified LGV Drivers and Van Drivers, ensuring all new LGV Drivers and current LGV Drivers are trained in all relevant Safe Systems of Work, specifically relating to loading and unloading of product, crane operations, Driving Safely and Lorry Operations.
Salary
£35k-£45k
Personal skills
You will have the ability to teach drivers/prospective drivers how to properly undertake their role. Customer service skills are required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
