Transport Planner

What’s involved in the role?

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance about commercial vehicles and plant, LGV drivers, plant operators, company car drivers, occasional drivers, grey fleet and those requiring hire cars. This includes maintaining driver records, checking driving licences, liaising with lease companies re vehicle quotes and orders, updating the transport database re fleet additions, changes etc.

Salary

£25k-£35k

Personal skills

You will have a good attention to detail and work in a structured way to ensure the role is completed safely. Great IT skills and able to communicate well both written and verbally. Able to multi-task and be flexible to ensure all legal requirements are maintained.
