Production Supervisor / Foreman

What’s involved in the role?

You will complete a production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. You will maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of the production facilities, as well as maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques, Provide production information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests. Ensure that accurate recording of production times, methods and costs.

Up to £35k

Entry requirements

Previous experience and knowledge of working in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of lean manufacturing tools such as KPIs, 5s
