You will create and communicate clear messages to all levels within the organisation using data compiled from various sources. Analyse data to effectively plan for product mix improvements, and ensure proper and timely placement of promotional products. Develop recommendations and strategies regarding assigned categories and cross promotions with other categories. Develop impactful category analysis and consumer insights using a range of data sources to impact sales, including product placement recommendations.
You will create long term strategic plans regarding category and company growth, manage promotional and work with marketing on specific plans for assigned categories and vendors.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Kitchen & Bathroom customers whilst developing sales to meet the business targets and budgets by dealing with all customer pricing enquiries, orders and delivery instructions. You will be pro-active in driving sales and identifying new business opportunities, following up quotes, keeping in regular contact with your portfolio of customers and being able to confidently influence and negotiate. Alongside this you will manage the showroom, ensuring you and your team provide a courteous, responsive and safe service.
