A Recruitment Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process within an organisation. They are responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful hiring of top talent.
Working within the HR function supporting diversity and inclusion within the business, ensuring there is fairness and respect and moving the business forward.
Your role will involve working as part of a team, often on a shift pattern, with a focus on accuracy. You will work safely and always follow the guidance by the Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day safety and management of the Distribution Centre, ensuring deliveries and despatch requirements are met, issues are dealt with and that third part logistics are well-supported. Communication is key to success of the team and you will ensure there is regular and consistent communication with relevant parties, ensuring the team provides a courteous, responsive and efficient service to internal customers, third party logistics and suppliers.
This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and its processes through preparing packing and shipping documentation, maintaining all warehouse invoices and purchase orders, cross-checking deliveries and booking stock on the system and ensuring all paperwork is processed, recorded and filed efficiently.
Managing the warehouse employees and operations, following procedure and safety guidelines. Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases and good leadership skills and the ability manage staff required.
You’ll be analysing and working with datasets that could be sourced from huge, multi-national audiences or small independent suppliers – pulling together reports or inputting additional data.
As IT Manager, your role will be focused on managing the IT infrastructure and applications environment; as well as planning, executing, and delivering various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope and budget. You will also be responsible for the overall management of all existing IT suppliers and contracts. This role is hands-on, and collaborates with cross-department teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective project coordination, successful project outcomes and effective IT systems and support.
You will also be responsible for:
Developing comprehensive IT project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Leading and overseeing allocated project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to department project leads
Coordination with internal and external teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet IT requirements.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing IT budgets effectively.
Supplier management and contract negotiation to ensure that agreements meet the organisation’s requirements and align with industry standards and best practices.
