Commercial Operations Manager

What’s involved in the role?

This role is responsible for overseeing commercial activity, ensuring all stakeholders understand their responsibilities and that the commercial plan links with company strategy and is achieved. In this role, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to strict deadlines and excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills are key to this role.

Salary

£45k-£60k

Personal skills

You will have good analytical & project management skills. You will be commercial in your approach and a natural problem solver. You will be organised and able to communicate and have good financial awareness.

Entry requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or Level 6 business apprenticeship.

Pathways in

5-6 year accumulating the necessary work experience, which includes learning about sales, marketing, and customer service.
