Branch Director

What’s involved in the role?

A Branch Director will deliver against Key Performance Indicators and achieving sales and branch budgeted targets while building relationships across trade and customer accounts. Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness, target achievement and a commitment to total customer satisfaction and service is delivered to a consistently high standard. Be responsible for the supervision, motivating, mediating and co-ordination of staff working in their branch(es), ensuring an outstanding quality of service and ability to demonstrate a high level of people management. Be able to communicate at all levels in a proficient and professional manner at all times with customer and staff.

Salary

£80-130k

Personal skills

As a leader with a strong commercially focused background and the ability to build great customer relationships, you must be a confident decision maker who can communicate effectively at all levels. You will also be able to interpret and analyse financial and statistical information and data and ensure that a culture of safety is maintained across the site and your team.

Entry requirements

Previous proven experience in a similar role.
