Tool Hire Fitter/Driver

What’s involved in the role?

Tool Hire plays an important role in the business, allowing customers to hire plant and equipment to help them build. The Tool Hire Fitter/Driver is responsible for helping, advising and supporting customers with the equipment they need as well as maintaining and testing the equipment ready for re-hire. This is a varied and busy role, not only dealing with customers in the branch but also delivering plant and machinery to customers and working to both sales and margin targets. Throughout all activities, the priority is safety and high standards of both personal and plant/equipment safety must be maintained at all times.

Salary

£20-£24k

Personal skills

You will have great customer service skills, taking pride in your brand and personal appearance. Able you communicate well both written and verbally, you will be able to plan your workload effectively.

Entry requirements

Full driving licence, knowledge of tool products and previous relevant experience preferable.
