What’s involved in the role?

Tool Hire plays an important role in the business, allowing customers to hire plant and equipment to help them build. As well as supporting the Tool Hire team, the Tool Hire manager oversees the Tool Hire function ensuring sales and margin targets are met, identifying new opportunities and negotiating with customers whilst at all times, maintaining the highest levels of compliance to safety standards for staff, customers and all Tool Hire visitors.

Personal skills

You will be a good team leader with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Driven and sales-orientated with excellent Customer Service.
