What’s involved in the role?

Leads the people agenda for the business ensuring the business operates in a safe and legally compliant manner. Supports the development of organisational culture, oversees HR Operations and manages compensation and benefits. Responsible for recruitment and selection of staff, the training and devlopment of staff as well as the dismissal of staff. They need to ensure the correct recruitment policies are in place to ensure the business employs the correct staff to deliver the company strategy.

£55K+

Entry requirements

Educated to degree level in a human resources related subject, professional HR qualification (CIPD) and 8 years+ Post Qualification Experience.
