What’s involved in the role?
A Regional Manager or Regional Director oversees multiple commercial establishments within a specified region. Their primary duties include meeting corporate sales targets and creating a positive working environment for each business in their region.

£50k+
Personal skills
Able to manage multiple sites and different leaders to achieve targets and budgets. Great communication skills and able to understand economic and sector trends to make decisions that are right for both the business and the staff.
Entry requirements
Previous experience as a Branch Manager within the sector.
Pathways in
IoBM Advanced Diploma in Merchant Management
Branch Manager – Regional Director from other sectors.
