What’s involved in the role?
A Marketing Director, leads the development of different branding techniques and marketing campaigns. Marketing Directors’ duties include research on an organisation’s customer, products or services. They set budgets for the marketing department and develop marketing strategies to promote the organisation’s products or brands to maximise its market share.

£70-£80k
Personal skills
They need to be adept at content creation, social media strategy, and utilising analytical tools to measure campaign success. Communication skills are also essential, as they must effectively collaborate with marketing teams and other departments.
Entry requirements
Bachelor’s degree, Masters or MBA Level 7 Marketing.
