Customer Service Advisor
What’s involved in the role?
Customer support colleagues are often a client/customer’s primary point of contact with a company. The duties and responsibilities include managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to maximise satisfaction.
Salary
£18k – £26k
Personal skills
You will be polite, calm and a good communicator. Be able to multi task and make clear decisions under pressure. You will have good IT skills and build rapport quickly.
Entry requirements
Previous roles in sales or customer service.
