National Account Manager

What’s involved in the role?

Overseeing a team of external representatives who is constantly striving for improvement through proactivity and understanding customer requirements to deliver and exceed targeted sales and gross profit targets for new and existing business. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to act independently with the confidence to make decisions, control meetings and presentations effectively. Excellent Product knowledge and take advantage of new opportunities as presented
You will be able to work remotely and under pressure to deliver on company expectations and have excellent time management skills and able to balance their working week between key account management and new business activities.
Capable of forcing through change and ensuring support teams work alongside them. Be IT literate and proficient in all areas of spreadsheet analysis, able to articulate themselves properly in speech and written work. Review and maintain effective reporting (CRM notes) on ledger accounts to offer transparency to business.

Salary

£50k – £60K

Personal skills

Very good communication skills both written and spoken, customer focused, process driven, excellent time management skills, ability to work to deadlines. Strong leader, Commercially astute, supportive, good communicator, able to build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Entry requirements

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Strong business acumen and financial understanding. Full UK driving licence.
