Sales Development Manager
What’s involved in the role?
A Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. They manage daily operations, set performance standards, and align the team’s efforts with the company’s sales goals. The manager also collaborates with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing, ultimately contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation.

£38-£50k

Entry requirements
Previous experience in similar role and extensive sales experience.
