Telesales/Call Centre Manager
What’s involved in the role?
A telesales/call centre manager is the conductor of an orchestra, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire telesales or call centre operation while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. You will manage the day-to-day function as well as forward plan to ensure high satisfaction rates and high sales.
Salary
£40K+
Personal skills
You will be calm, focused and able to deal with fast-moving situations quickly and manage what could be a large team of telesales/call centre operatives. Friendly, and able to give real-time feedback that improves customer service. Self-driven and organised, you will have good knowledge of data and CRM systems.
Entry requirements
Previous call centre experience in a high volume environment. Level 5 or equivalent.
Pathways in
Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship
Call centre team leader or previous sales roles.
