What’s involved in the role?

Supports Managers in the business with advice and guidance to ensure we follow good practice and maintain good employee relations.

Salary

£25K+

Personal skills

Calm, process driven and possesses a good understanding of employment law. Be able to manage difficult conversations and get to the root cause of issues. Able to work quickly and accurately and possesses great written skills.

Entry requirements

Degree in Human Resources or Professional Experience such as handling grievances, investigations and resolving workplace conflicts. CIPD membership useful.

Pathways in

Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or CIPD 5 or 7 or qualified by experience with broad HR expertise.
