The role of a Head of Human Resources (HR) requires a unique blend of personal skills to effectively lead the HR function and align it with the organisation’s goals consisting of the following: leadership skills, decision-making, conflict management, interpersonal skills, relationship building, organisational skills , analytical, ethical and cultural awareness, innovation, continues improvement, negotiation, operational excellence.

Entry requirements

Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree, CIPD Level 7 or qualified by experience with extensive HR Experience with broad HR expertise.

Level 7 Senior People Professional Leader Apprenticeship
CIPD Level 7, Masters or Bachelors Degree
