What’s involved in the role?
Supports recruiting Managers in recruiting new colleagues. Placing adverts, working with recruiters and selecting candidates for interview. Booking slots with managers and candidates and using the recruitment system.
Salary
£25K+
Personal skills
Organised, friendly and able to multi task. Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in using recruitment systems.
Entry requirements
Most recruitment advisor roles require at least 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment Industry
Pathways in
CertRR, CertRP, CertIHR, DipRM or DipRL.
