Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

What’s involved in the role?

Responsible for the skills and knowledge agenda across either the whole business or elements of the business. Manages the training team and external trainer relationships. Works with leaders across an organisation to understand learning needs and to design interventions that make behaviour changes resulting in business growth.

Salary

£45K+

Personal skills

Good communication skills, able to multi task and take a holistic view of learning needs. Able to present and coach as well as good business acumen.

Entry requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in training, L&D and the sector are an ideal requirement.

Pathways in

Level 5 Learning & Development Consultant Apprenticeship
TAP Training or CIPD Level 5
