Human Resources (HR) Assistant

What’s involved in the role?

Responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce, in terms of mental and physical health. You may need to work with individuals to help get the best from them professionally, while also being creative in terms of wellbeing initiatives and incentives. Will undertake administrative duties.

Salary

£18-£28k

Personal skills

Good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of computers, multi-media equipment and handheld digital devices. Good administrative skills, including record keeping and scheduling, spreadsheet preparation. Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

CIPD Level 3
