Trainer/Coach

What’s involved in the role?

Design and deliver training either internally or externally. Become subject matter experts and work with Managers, HR, L&D and other areas of the business. You will be required to travel if needed, stay away and work flexible hours to ensure the needs of the business it met.

Salary

£25K+

Personal skills

Good communication skills and a great presenter. Ability to stay calm and engage people both face to face as well as virtual. Will have great knowledge in training models and is able to flex style to needs of learners

Entry requirements

Previous experience in training or teaching. Building materials sector knowledge useful.

Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship
Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship
TAP Training or CIPD Level 5
